Test Report for Primer 944
From Rose(hengying@cnhybond.com 0086-18927302778 Skype:hengying11)
This test report is mainly for the lamination between EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber)/PP and foam tape (3M VHB tape). Because adhesive strength is poor, we need to coat a layer of primer on EPDM/PP before the lamination.
1.(Test Method):
National Standard GB 2792-81 (test method of 180 ° peel strength of pressure sensitive adhesive tape)
Peel strength test:stick EPDM or PP with 3M VHB tape with the standard width, and then use machine hand to tear tape from EPDM or PP, the stable force of the machine hand will show the size of the peel force.
